Welcome to the Alfred State Technology Services Portal

The Technology Services Portal can be used to create work orders or submit requests for campus technology without having to call or email the Help Desk. This portal also contains a knowledge base where you can find many of the instructional handouts offered at the Help Desk.
You will use your Alfred State network credentials to log in. If you are having trouble accessing the portal or cannot find what you are looking for, please contact the Help Desk at 607-587-4357 or helpdesk@alfredstate.edu .
